"The ECS training group is dedicated to the continued development and expansion of training, and making it available to those involved in Emergency Communications.  Training provided by ECS is available to all who wish to attend.  Most classes are given at no charge, except where a materials fee is needed.  Some classes have a limit on number of attendees due to material or content.  If you are interested in attending a class please email training 10 days in advance so they can plan for enough course material.

If you would like assistance in developing training for your group or organization we are happy to assist.  Classes can be provided in your area if you have a group of 15 or more."
